Brian Whitsitt is a trusted REALTOR®, investor, and advisor with 23 years of experience helping clients navigate the Charleston real estate market. As a first-generation Charlestonian, Brian offers local knowledge and insight that only comes from decades of living, working, and investing in the Lowcountry.
After attending Clemson University, Brian launched his real estate career and has since helped hundreds of clients buy and sell primary residences, investment properties, and vacation homes throughout the tri-county. His firsthand experience as an investor and developer gives clients valuable perspective when evaluating opportunities, building wealth through real estate, or finding the perfect place to call home.
Known for his friendly, laid-back approach, Brian believes real estate should feel personal—not transactional. While his style is relaxed and approachable, his commitment to his clients is anything but. He is a strong advocate, skilled negotiator, and trusted advisor who goes the extra mile to ensure every client feels informed, confident, and well cared for.
Brian and his wife, Kelli, live in Pirates Cove with their three children. When he's not helping clients, you'll likely find him on the water, cheering on the Clemson Tigers, staying active, supporting his kids at their sporting events, or serving within his church community. The Whitsitt family also enjoys spending weekends at their family property in Edisto.
