Emily serves as Brian's Transaction Coordinator, helping guide clients through every step of the listing and contract-to-close process. From coordinating with attorneys, inspectors, and lenders to keeping every detail organized behind the scenes, Emily is dedicated to making each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her goal is to ensure clients feel informed, supported, and cared for from start to finish.

With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Emily brings a wealth of knowledge and organization to every transaction. She previously managed a real estate office where she first met Brian more than two decades ago.

Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Emily spent 20 years in Mount Pleasant before relocating to the Lake Norman area of North Carolina. She is readily available to support clients and is committed to providing responsive, personalized service throughout the buying and selling process.

When she's not working, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, Trent, and their two children. Whether they're boating, fishing, supporting their local sports teams, exploring new restaurants, or planning their next cruise adventure, family time is always at the heart of what she loves most.
